Wall formwork

Wall formwork MIDI BOX is intended for concrete works in the construction industry. The wide assortment of shutterboards – from 30 cm to 90 cm in width and from 150 to 270 cm in height – makes it possible to create optimum set of formwork suitable for any masonry works. Wall shuttering MIDI BOX manufactured by Altrad Mostostal LLC is categorized as medium size shutterboard formwork that can be assembled without a hoist. The permissible pressure of concrete mass on the suspended work surfaces amounts to 55 kN/m² and 60 kN/m² without them.

Shutterboard surface is made of high quality multi-ply water resistant veneer coated with phenol layer that ensures top concrete quality after removing the shuttering and long-lasting application of shutterboards. Shutterboard framework is made of high quality steel profiles that ensure high mechanical strength. Reinforcement ribs located close to each other prevent deformation caused by pressure from concrete mass. Holes in frames are used to assemble formwork systems and to add various elements to shutterboards and they are distributed in a certain pattern; specially milled areas on the reinforcement ribs enable tight and comfortable gripping of shutterboards when transported. Safe connection of shutterboards both in one plane and corners is provided by means of universal lock. The lock not only connects the elements tightly, but also levels out the formwork in the plane.

Use a crane for a quicker moving of formwork to transport mutually connected individual formwork sets (areas up to 30 m²).

In addition to MIDI BOX shutterboads we offer MIDI BOX PLUS shutterboards with higher durability (permissible concrete mass pressure up to 80 kN/m²). MIDI BOX shutterboards are mutually compatible with MIDI BOX PLUS shutterboards.
