Frame scaffolding

Frame scaffolding is a simple and safe means for various elevation repair, restoration and construction works. Well-considered connection nods facilitate easy assembly of frame scaffolding and ensure maximum safety. Frame scaffolding by Alstrad Mostostal LTD have two standard widths – 0.73 m and 1.09 m. Choose and combine sections from platforms of various lengths (4.14 m, 3.07 m, 2.57 m, 2.07 m. 1.09 m, 0.73 m) and create a construction that is the most suitable, ergonomic and safe for your work. Standard scaffolding construction enables erecting vertical platforms after every 2 meters, but, when using special frames, platforms can be assembled also in other heights. You can change the area of working platform and configuration of construction by means of additional elements (cantilevers, beams, bypassing frames etc.). The surface of frame scaffolding elements by Altrad Mostostal LLC is galvanized thus ensuring the resistance against corrosion.

Frame scaffolding have wide range of applications. They are used for various construction works, for instance, plastering, heat-insulation and painting works.

Frame scaffolding by Altrad Mostostal LLC are certified in the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining of Warsaw and complies with the following load parameters as per Safety Certificate B/02/126/04:

•  if the maximum width of frame is 0.73 m and platform length – 3.07, the accepted load is 2kN/m2 but the allowed height of scaffolding structure is 60 m;
•  if the maximum width of frame is 1.09 m and platform length – 2.57, the accepted load is 5 kN/m2 but the allowed height of scaffolding structure is 40 m;
•  if the maximum width of frame is 1.09 m and platform length – 3.07, the accepted load is 2 kN/m2 but the allowed height of scaffolding structure is 40 m;

When erecting Altrad Mostostal LLC frame scaffolding in heights exceeding 60 m, additional calculations are required for the structure.
